Review: Pumpkin & Poppy One Ring Collection Powder Eyeshadows

Pumpkin & Poppy's One Ring collection consists of two cream eyeshadows, one lipstick, one cream highlighter, a solid perfume, and five powder eyeshadows.

Packaging and Colors

The loose eyeshadows comes in small jars with the One Ring Collection sticker of the White Tree of Gondor on the lid.

Evil Eye - matte coral orange with slight orange shimmers. Inspired by Sauron.

Archer - shimmery, metallic bronze. Inspired by Legolas.

Shire - Shimmery, olive green. Inspired by The Shire (where Hobbits live!)

Strider - matte dark green with slight green shimmers. Inspired by Aragon.

Wise Wizard - Matte grey with blue shimmer. Inspired by Gandalf.

 Review

 After seeing the swatches and the photos, there really isn't much left for me to say! These are all wonderful eyeshadows and they are 100% vegan! Generally, they are all nicely pigmented and blend easily. 

I had a bit of trouble with Evil Eye because it is a matte shadow and it is not as pigmented as Wise Wizard or Strider. I personally think that Evil Eye is best as a crease color (like I used it in the first eye look). I find that matte eyeshadows with shimmers are a little difficult to work and these can take more work to blend.

My favorite of these are Strider and Wise Wizard because they are the most unique to my collection. Both are mattes with shimmer, and they are both very pigmented. And who can say no to Gandalf the wizard?! Nobody, that's who ;P
