Empties #7

Greetings from the Dark Side :D

I have some products that I used up in the month of May to show you! I like to see what I have used up and how I feel about those products. So if you want to see some mini reviews for these products, keep reading.

1. Seche Vite Top Coat
This stuff is awesome! I really love how shiny it makes my nails look. I have heard that Seche Vite has ingredients that are bad for you though, so I decided to finish this one up and find another alternative. I would repurchase this but INM Out the Door works just as well and it does not contain the main bad ingredients that Seche Vite does.

2. Julep Cuticle Oil
I've had this stuff for a while now, and I really like it! My favorite thing about it is that it smells like lemongrass. It keeps my cuticles looking really nice too! However, this stuff if expensive. I have since moved on to using No Lift Nails Avocado Cuticle Oil. It smells good, works great, and it much cheaper!

3. Beauty Blender
This was my first Beauty Blender, and as you can see I had it for far too long. I really love the Beaut Blender. It might seem like a super expensive sponge, but no other sponge really compares to it. I just repurchased this recently, and I could not be happier with it! I highly recommend this for using thick or high coverage foundations. It will apply them so smoothly and evenly~

4. Clarisonic Replacement Brush
This was my third Clarisonic brush! I love my Clarisonic and the Acne brush. I have not used any of the other brushes, but I am very happy with this one :)

5. Paula's Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid
This is the second product from Paula's Choice I have tried and I asbsolutely love it! I used it like a toner after cleansing and it helps with any blemishes I have. It is a great exfoliant that is not harsh on my skin. I have already repurchased :D

6. Paula's Choice Resist BHA 9
I still love this stuff, although I feel like it is not as efficient as it was when I used my first tube. I am currently taking a break from using this, but I will use it again in a couple of weeks. I think this helped a lot with my acne and with my clogged pores though. I would still highly recommend it!

7. Artistry Soothing Creme
This is just my daily moisturizer. I go through these so quickly! I will keep using it until I find something else that's better xD

8. Simple Radiance Cleansing Wipes
In the past two months, I have used up three of these packages! Each package has 25 wipes. I used these every night and sometimes in the morning. I love how gentle these are. They also leave my skin glowing right after I used them. I am starting to love the Simple brand! Has anyone tried any of the cleansers or other skin care from Simple? I would love to give them a try.

Have you tried any of these products? Did you have a similar or different experience with them?

    1. I think it depends on how much you use it. I didn't use mine everyday and I had it close to a year! I think as long as you wash it often you could keep it for quite a few months :D

  2. I was thinking about getting seche vite, try out the Revlon Colorstay top coat. It works really well!

  3. The Simple gel cleanser is awesome. You barely have to use any and it doesn't dry out skin at all. My fave topcoat is the NYC Grand Central Station. For $1.99 its amazing.

  5. I also love Seche Vite but i'd stick with it since that same "warning" on the back of the bottle is the same warning shown in every single restaurant I've been to and even shown as a sign right outside my apartment lol. But i've heard the Revlon topcoat is pretty good as an alternative.

  6. I use Revlon Quickdry Topcoat and love it so so much more than Seche Vite. No shrinkage <3

  7. I have used Simple Radiance Cleansing Wipes for years. I often switch between different Simple cleansing wipes depending on the offers available at the time of purchase, but these particular ones are certainly my favourite. I think the main reason I love them is that they are mildly exfoliating.
