Review and EOTD: Illasmasqua Alluvium Pigment

Hey guys!
I wanted to a super quick review and EOTD of Illamasqua's Pure Pigment in 'Alluvium.' I absolutely love Illamasqua products, and this was my first time trying one of their pigments.

PROS:
~Really pretty color
~ I love the look of the packaging
~The color looks great on its own, no color base required.
~I dont get too much fall out

CONS:
~The packaging is inconvenient. Easy to spill pigment everywhere.
~Expensive for the amount that you get!

Swatches:

Overall:
I love this, but honestly its not worth it. I would recommend Fyrinnae pigments: they are gorgeous colors, super cheap, and work the same, if not better. I would rather spend the money on other Illamasqua products, like the blushers! Illamasqua blushes are the shiznit. So I give this a 6/10.

EOTD

What I used:
~ Fyrinnae's Pixie Epoxy
~Illamasqua 'Alluvium' on the lid
~Aromaleigh pigment 'Orchideous' [FRom the Harry Potter collection xP] on the crease
~Mascara

That is it. Hope you enjoyed!

  5. your eye looks lovely as always! i would have to agree with you that the Fyrinnae pigments you posted before looks more vivid and prettier than this. :/

RYC - just ask for a sample of the kiehl's midnight recovery at your local counter. i hope it works for you! :)
