Greetings from the Dark Side!
Since it is spring, I have been using my orange nail polishes rather often. One particular shade I really like is HARE Polish's 'Electric Flame' nail polish. It is a really unique twist of an orange nail polish.

I would have thought that this polish would be super sheer because it is a jelly polish, but it has a pretty decent pigmentation. One coat will be semi-sheer, two coats will be almost perfect, and three will give the best pigmentation. *I am wearing two coats in the swatches.

I find that this particular polish is easy to work with. It is not too watery or too thick, and it applies rather easily.

Wear (time):

I don't usually have a problem with chipping, and this polish was not exception. I can easily wear it for a week without a problem.

Dupes? Similar products?:

I don't have any polishes that are similar. Most oranges are a lot darker, while this one is a lot lighter (very much like a orange cremesicle!). It is also very unique because of the purple sparkles.

ReplyDeleteHonestly I love pretty much every single shade I have tried from them. They are really unique and pretty colors. My favorite shades are 'Asteroid Turf', 'Cosmic Blossom', and 'The Monster'. There is also a lot of new shades that recently were released but I have not tried them yet.

ReplyDeleteThis shade is so pretty. I love the sparkles screaming out from the orange! It definitely is a perfect spring colour, I can imagine it looking beautiful with the sun hitting it :).

ReplyDeletevery nice color with this interesting combination of glitters. i love this orange, not sure if the same i would like the gillters. but this orange definitelly looks like a spring (still never liked how the glitters look in nail polishes though)
