Hello dark siders and ASoIaF/Game of Thrones fans!
I recently finished the last inspired look of the main Houses of the Seven Kingdoms. In order to celebrate that, I want to show you all the main Houses of Westeros in one post. It is funny that although it is called the Seven Kingdoms, there are actually nine main regions (this is because two of the nine were added afterwards). I hope you enjoy seeing all nine Houses together!
*At the bottom of each photo, there is a link to the original post for each look (in case you want to see a step-by-step tutorial for each look).
House Baratheon is definitely my favorite look! I really like the combination of yellows and the stag antler eyeliner is so cool! I also think this look was the start of me trying to improve my skills in applying makeup!
House Lannister was the first House inspired look I created. I like it, but I am not completely happy with my full-face look.
This House Stark look is a good example of a look that I really like, but for which I hate the photos I took. The end result is a bit messy, and I would love to re-create it!
House Tyrell is another of my favorites! I thought this eye look was bit crazy, but it ended up looking really good on me. I love the nail polishes I paired with this look as well as the hair accessory!
House Greyjoy is one of the more recent looks and another favorite. I love black and gold together, and this look was actually quite flattering on me. I think it makes a very cool look for clubbing or rocking out at a concert~
I actually had a lot of fun with this House Tully look. This was not just inspired by House Tully, but also by the 4th of July. I'm not going to lie, this isn't very wearable, but I look it none the less.
House Arryn was a complete shock to me. I went into this look having zero clue as to what I was going to do. However, I really love the result. I think this was one of my more creative looks and I really like how different it is.
House Targaryen, like House Lannister, was one of my first inspired looks. I also do not particularly like how this turned out. I like the eye look, but the result of the full-face makeup is messy. I would try to re-create this look as well.
Last, but not least, House Martell! This was the last of the looks I made because I know those of you who only watch the TV series are not very familiar with it yet. I think it was quite befitting to be the last look because summer is coming to an end, and this look is very summery!
Thank you all of you who have commented and looked at these posts. I have had so much fun created these inspired looks and combining my love for Game of Thrones and makeup. As I've mentioned before, I will not be making any more Game of Thrones inspired looks unless I receive requests from you. So if you do have a request, definitely let me know. Thank you all again ♥
Now, tell me, which House look do you like best? My favorites are House Baratheon, House Tyrell, and House Greyjoy!
*A Song of Ice and Fire is the intellectual property of George R.R. Martin, I am only using his novels as inspiration for my looks.
My favorite is House Arryn~ Looks so nice & gorgeous!
