- "Or perhaps in Slytherin,
You'll make your real friends,
Those cunning folk use any means,
To achieve their ends." - —Sorting Hat
- When I think of Slytherin, I think of Draco and his gang,
VoldemortHe-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named, and Snape. Besides Snape, I never really cared much for people in House Slytherin! They usually tend to be a bunch of jerkwads! So when I tried to visualize Slytherin as an eye look, it was quite bold and eviiiil~ It was also green and silver since those are the House colors. If I was a Death Eater, this is totally what I would wear when I created chaos~ Mwahaha! And for those of you who are not familiar with my "Return of the Look" series, it is a series where I redo looks I did in the past. Well, this is a redo of my Slytherin look that I did about 2.5 years ago. -

Tutorial
1. As always, start off with a primer or base (Maybelline Color Tattoo 'Just Beige').2. Apply a silver cream eyeshadow on the lid (Illamasqua Liquid Metal 'Phenomena').3. To prevent the cream eyeshadow from creasing, apply a silver eyeshadow or a translucent powder over the lid (Urban Decay 'Strip').4. (Do this step at the very beginning) Put a piece of scotch tape on the edges of the eyes to give the final look a sharp edge.5. With a small brush, apply some black eyeshadow or eyeliner on the outer V and on the crease (Prestige Total Intensity eyeliner).6. With a crease brush, apply a emerald green above the silver and black (VDC 'Emerald Dream').
7. With a clean fluffy brush, blend the green out a bit so the line isn't too harsh. You can try blending it with a matte white or skin tone eyeshadow.8. Take your liquid liner and create a dramatic cat-eye liner (L'oreal Lineaur Intense). You can now take off the scotch tape to revel a super clean edge!
9. Apply a black eyeliner on the waterline and smudge it along the lower lash line (Prestige Total Intensity eyeliner).10. Take a green eyeshadow (the same one you used already or a different one) and apply it along the lower lash line.11. Apply mascara and lashes and your look is complete!
Final Look
And here is the look with Lime Crime 'Serpentina' lipstick! I had so much fun going to the drugstore with my green lippie! Haha. I'm sure I create some confusion at Walgreens xD
I hope you have enjoyed my Slytherin inspired look :DLet me know what you think in the comments!
